This is the first retail operation to be located in an academic facility with the specific mission of providing today's student with a quick "grab-n-go" concept to meet fast-paced daily schedules. UNH 餐厅 has partnered with Java Tree Coffee.

Java Tree roasts their coffee to order and ships it fresh-to ensure the best quality.  They support Fair Trade Coffee which ensures that growers are receiving a fair price for their beans so they can provide a reasonable standard of living for their families and help stop the cycle of poverty in developing nations.
